About the project

Rebrand and product design for novel DeFi infrastructure. One app for holding, delegating and voting, plus a docs system written for people outside the build.

Challenge

Governance was gated behind vocabulary. Voting, delegation and risk parameters lived in separate surfaces, each written for the person who shipped it.

Outcome

Governance participation and developer signups both climbed after launch. The lattice is now how the community draws the protocol themselves.
